By Car : Our Physical Office Address is 400 Calle de la Vina (at the end of Sangre de Cristo Road), Taos, NM 87571. Note that GPS may not be helpful for finding the office! Use GPS to get to Sangre de Cristo Road, and then follow it all the way to the end where you will turn left onto Calle de la Vina which is a private road and my office driveway. Pass along and then through the fence on the left and park anywhere. Enter the first door you come to. It is marked with my name, Kristina King FNP. There is ample on-site parking. In muddy and snowy weather the driveway may be messy to navigate.

NOTE: In case of snowstorm, our office will follow the Taos school system closing schedule. If Taos schools are closed so are we. We’ll call you to reschedule.
