New Patient: $495 Your first “visit” (virtually) includes a detailed review of your records and labs and comprehensive functional medicine intake interview, either in person or by phone, allow 1.5-2 hours for this remarkable opportunity to tell your life and health story.
Follow Up: $250 per hour (I bill only for time used).

If you reside in New Mexico, 7.5% Gross Receipts tax is charged.
To help you prioritize your care costs, I offer several payment options: PayPal, credit cards, cash or check. Should you need it, I can offer you a payment plan for the initial visit. Email your request to deepwellhealth@gmail.com.
I request that all initial appointments are prepaid unless prior arrangements have been made. I am unable to accept insurance though it is possible some of your visit costs may be covered by health insurance PPO plans, please check with your insurer if you wish to explore this.
